2. No Recommendations or Endorsements

The Woodhouse Hub is a directory only. We do not:

• recommend any business
• guarantee quality of work
• guarantee pricing
• guarantee availability
• guarantee outcomes

Any interaction, agreement, or transaction between users and businesses is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for carrying out your own checks before hiring or engaging any business.

3. Accounts

Users and businesses must register an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep your login details secure
• not impersonate others
• not create multiple accounts for abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Business Listings

All business listings:

• must be submitted by the business owner or authorised representative
• are subject to manual approval
• may be edited or removed by administrators

We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing without explanation.

Approval of a business does not mean endorsement.

5. Verified Local Badge

Some businesses may display a “Verified Local” badge.

This badge indicates that basic checks have been carried out by administrators.

Verification does not:

• guarantee qualifications
• guarantee insurance
• guarantee future performance

It is provided as an additional trust indicator only.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and star ratings. By submitting a review, you confirm that:

• it reflects your genuine experience
• it is truthful and accurate
• it is not defamatory or abusive

We reserve the right to remove reviews or replies that we believe are:

• false
• misleading
• abusive
• spam
• inappropriate

Businesses may reply to reviews but cannot delete them.

Reviews represent the opinions of users only and not The Woodhouse Hub or McKeon Digital Ltd.

7. Reporting Content

Users may report businesses, reviews, or replies.

Reports are reviewed by moderators. We may take action including:

• removing content
• unapproving businesses
• banning accounts

We are not required to act on every report.

8. Bans and Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• suspend accounts
• ban users or businesses
• remove listings or content

This may occur without notice if we believe rules have been breached or the platform is being abused.

9. User Content

By submitting content (reviews, business details, images, replies), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for anything you submit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McKeon Digital Ltd and The Woodhouse Hub shall not be liable for:

• disputes between users and businesses
• damages arising from use of listed services
• inaccurate listings or reviews

All services are used at your own risk.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
